Delete your My Farm Family account

This page explains how to delete your account and data for the My Farm Family app (family.myfarm.app).

Option 1: In the app

Open My Farm Family and sign in.
Go to Account.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Option 2: By email

Email support@myfarmfamily.org from the address on your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting.

What is deleted or anonymized

Your profile, name and avatar
Pet and animal data
Photos
Care logs, medication records and notes

What is retained (anonymized)

For legal, tax and financial reasons we keep the following, with your identity removed:

Purchase receipts
Token / store ledger entries
Pet transfer records

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Requests are processed promptly (typically within 30 days).
